This is a self paced 7 Week online journey to reconnect with yourself in body and mind.
How exciting!
You have found your starting point to clarity, serenity, and joy :)
Let’s be honest...
Most of us were conditioned to drink before we were old enough to make the decision for ourselves. We were drawn in to our cultures strange custom, which encourages the use of alcohol for every social situation. It makes sure that from an early age our belief system is set, so that we think we need alcohol to get us through our awkward adolescence, and then this continues into any social situation from there onwards.
Drip feeding us the message that it is the only way to relax and have a good time.
I don't know about you, but it never occurred to me that maybe I was just having a good time as it was, and I didn't need the alcohol!
I fell for the marketing that subliminally trained me into thinking that it was the drink that was the good time, not the experience.
Alcohol gets handed to us like it’s a rite of passage.
It's the only drug you are seen as weird for not taking—which is kind of mad when you think about it.
But what if there’s another way to live?
One where you don’t need a glass in your hand to “wind down,” feel confident, or connect with others?
I have created 'Go Sober with Yoga' for exactly that reason.
You don't have to commit forever, just start here, one day at a time.
This course is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and feel what it is like to live without alcohol.
Maybe drinking isn’t the answer, maybe it makes things worse?
I don't think alcohol is working for me anymore..
What would it feel like not to be waiting for the weekend or for wine o'clock?
What would it be like to be free from the hangovers and guilt?
What would it be like to feel happy, healthy and alive as my natural state?
Whether you're struggling with alcohol, sober-curious, craving clarity, or just wondering what life would feel like without alcohol, you’re in the right place.

After struggling with societies conditioning to use alcohol as a coping strategy (which I did for the first 43 years of my life! So that goes to show it's never too late) I accidentally discovered yoga, and found it was a much better strategy!
My life completely changed!
I’ve now been sober for 14 years and I can honestly say it’s the BEST thing I have ever done.
I became fully conscious of myself, and my patterns. It enabled me to become strong and sort my life out, instead of papering over the cracks. My life became healthy, joyful, mindful and exciting. Being sober isn't about what you lose...it's about what you gain! and you gain a lot! I can tell you hand on heart that life is much better without the shame, guilt, hangovers and negative thought patterns that alcohol perpetuates, whilst you wait for wine o clock to come around.
The freedom and peace is mind blowing!
Yoga was the key that helped me with all of this journey, and it can help you too.
But it only works if you show up!
What You’ll Walk Away With
A clearer head and calmer nervous system
A toolkit for navigating cravings and chaos
Real connection to yourself and others without needing a drink
The confidence to make your own decision about drinking in the future.
Ready to see what life without alcohol can feel like?
This isn’t a detox.
It isn’t a punishment.
It’s a pause to reconnect with yourself
…and you just might find it’s the best thing you’ve ever done.
